How do I place an order?
You can place an order online anytime. Please keep in mind that catering or large orders must be placed one week in advance and 48 hours in advance for small orders.
Will I receive an order confirmation/receipt?
Yes! You will receive a confirmation page after you process your order. We recommend that you print this confirmation page and keep for your records.
How do I cancel or change an order I already placed?
Cancellations and changes to orders must be received within 72 hours of the order being placed. Please email - firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message using our Message Us box on the home page.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some of our fruit arrangements and boxes of chocolate dipped fruit have crushed or sliced almonds, so there are nut products in our preparation areas. We cannot guarantee that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.
Do you offer delivery?

What payment methods do you accept?
By placing your order online, you can check out on our website through PayPal, CashApp & Zelle.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Is there sales tax on my order?
All store orders (for pickup or delivery) are subject to applicable the taxes of the state/area in which the local store operates which is Indianapolis, IN (7%).
